Another producer found in the depths of the brilliant village of Avize. Maxime and his father Thierry, the 6th and 7th generation, create wonderfully rich and expressive wines from their 7 hectares holdings in the village of Avize and surrounding towns of Cramant, Chouilly and Grauves. They are fortunate to own one of the few "Clos" in Champagne, (although strictly speaking it is no longer a true Clos) and create one of our "go to" standard drinking Blanc de Blancs!
