All our bottles are stored in a temperature-controlled, dark environment at a constant 12°C to preserve the integrity and flavor profile of the wine.
What is the shipping process for fragile glass bottles?
We use specifically designed, shock-resistant eco-packaging to ensure your bottles arrive safely. All shipments are insured and require an adult signature upon delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
What should I do if my bottle is corked or damaged?
If you believe your bottle is faulty or it arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or credit after verifying the issue.
Can I include a personalized gift message?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can select the gift option and enter a custom message which we will print on a premium card and include in the box.
