Secure the Shipment
Once approved, carefully repack the bottle in its original protective transit packaging to prevent further damage during the return journey.
Receive Resolution
After our cellar team inspects the returned item, we will process your choice of a complimentary replacement bottle or a full refund to your original payment method.
