100% Chardonnay from Chouilly, Mesnil and Oiry, 3g/ltr. A hint of butter and brioche on the front end with a bright, attacking palate. Lovely crisp apple and lemon notes with a delightfully long finish.

These guys have been knocking it out of the park over the last few years. The house dates back to the early 20th Century but has been given a new lease of life with the introduction of Clemente and Antoine in the last decade or so. They work with 44 plots in Cramant, Mesnil, Chouilly, Oiry and Oger, but have key plots in the fabulous single vineyards of Chetillons and Mont Aigu among others. They produce wines that are beautifully honest to the terroir and we can't wait to see what the next few years brings for them.
