The first ever rosé from Perrine. Produced using old vine Meunier from a single vineyard with 12 hours of skin maceration, and vinified in oak. The colour is a beautiful bruised cherry red. The nose is fascinating with cherry, green apple and loads of violets and plum. The palate is playful, suggestive and delicious.
