Only the second vintage made from the amazing single vineyard of Derriere des Partelaines in Chouilly. 100% Chardonnay. Vinified in oak, this wine oozes exotic notes of starfruit alongside some pleasant pear and apple. The energy on this is epic with a wonderful salinity holding up the finish.

Established in 1991 and run by the three brothers; Remi, Olivier and Jerome Legras they work with 18 hectares in Chouilly alone and have holdings in Vitry, Les Riceys and Ay. Their range is all fantastic but is all fantastic with their wines ageing gracefully into their 3rd decade but they are also pushing the boundaries with some fantastic single vineyard wines and a brilliant Chardonnay/Pinot Noir blend from Chouilly and Ay, with wines made from a blend of over 10 vintages.
