Perhaps the most popular cuvée from this ever-popular producer and for good reason! The richness of this is incredible. The little dark fruit play on the mid to late is sensational – so rich and mature yet with this lovely grip of energy. This wine has a level of intensity I have rarely seen in any wine, never mind Georges Remy! What is so exciting is how much more this wine clearly has to give. I can't wait!

We visited Georges before he had even released a Champagne! Having seen a bottle of Bouzy Rouge, (red wine from the village of Bouzy), we found our way to his house and were introduced to a fabulous selection of cuvées. He works mainly with Pinot Noir in Bouzy, Tauxieres and creates a stunning rosé!
