A pure Chardonnay from the village of Ecueil with 3g/ltr. Playful citrus driven nose and well integrated with the oak. There's loads of round fruit. Good minerality and sensational crispy grip on the mid to late. Really nice sugar balance and the delivery throughout this wine is sensational – both generous and fruity yet refined, elegant and saline.

Gaspard Brochet exploded onto the Champagne scene with his first release in 2020 and continues to excite and surprise us with every wine since. Gaspard comes from a long line of Brochet families in the area and has taken over the family business that is 'Vincent Brochet' – a renowned producer in the area. Along with the existing lines, Gaspard has gone about producing his own wines that define him. His first release – a pure Pinot Noir from the vineyard of Le Mont Benoit, vinified in oak – was a a triumph of a first attempt and everything since has more than lived up to the hype.
