What makes it so amazing though, is how it holds and delivers that epic concentration and intensity the whole way through the palate, forcing you back for more. The finish is luscious, saline and fresh with this delicious chewy, rich texture and buttery element.

He works mainly with Meunier from Troissy, Dormans, Mareuil-le-Port, Vandières and, importantly, some epic Pinot Noir in Aÿ – where he creates his stunning cuvée: Ageius.
