The first sip is surprisingly delicate and then this brilliance of fruit, almost chewy, alongside a sweet exotic element and that salinity again. Gosh this is good; so rich with this incredible complex nutty element which creates this added dimension that only a few producers are able to achieve. The carry through of sweet, toffee'd fruit is so delicious with chunks of sweet pineapple and a touch of salt.
