Another lieu-dit but this time a wonderfully rich rosé. Coming from 'Les Champs Brûlés' on the upper reaches of Verzy, the Pinot grapes are picked at optimum maturity and undergo 24hr maceration before spending 6 months in oak barrels. The palate is incredibly rich and the oak adds a supple round element that works so well. Certainly one for food!
