Fresh cut grass, chalk, cuttlefish and a fascinating note of green chartreuse that I have never found before! The next day you really feel that green apple, grass and this incredible layer of chalk.

These guys have been knocking it out of the park over the last few years. The house dates back to the early 20th Century but has been given a new lease of life with the introduction of Clemente and Antoine in the last decade or so. They work with 44 plots in Cramant, Mesnil, Chouilly, Oiry and Oger, but have key plots in the fabulous single vineyards of Chetillons and Mont Aigu among others. They produce wines that are beautifully honest to the terroir and we can't wait to see what the next few years brings for them.
