Originally sold under his family’s brand ‘Didier Herbert’ his ‘DH’ cuvées received praise for their incredible depth and power. Eight years on and he has now created his own independent brand to better represent the singular style of Champagnes he creates and his winemaking philosophy – terroir focussed with sustainable practices and low intervention at the heart.
