They work with 6 hectares mostly in Verzy and create a range of beautiful wines, including a series of lieu dit, brought in by Adrien in the last few years. This approach on single vineyard, single varietal, has completely changed the philosophy at the Renoir press room. Adrien has implemented organic processes and is moving towards biodynamic production.
