A gorgeously complex and layered wine from Tom Gauditiabois. This, the third release, is based on the rich and warm 2018 vintage. The first of his cuvees to be released Brut Nature. But don't fret, the balance is sublime. Creating a perfect juxtaposition of Pinot and Chardonnay from his far flung vineyards in Chezy sur Marne. The balance of oak is gorgeously weighted and, with over a year post disgorgement ageing, these are in the perfect spot to pop!

Based in the village of Chezy Sur Marne, in the very West of the Marne Valley, we had the fortune of sitting down with Tom nearer the heartlands of Champagne, in his production facility in Epernay. Each new wine he creates is a part of his exploration of the soil and grapes and what they will bring. They represent a beautiful and specific snapshot of a vintage, a plot and an interpretation.
